Using the Vidafine Store Guides on your BlackBerry™

The Vidafine Guide is now available on the BlackBerry™ mobile device! That’s right, as long as you have access to the Internet on your BlackBerry™, you can keep track of all your favourite stores from the Vidafine Store Guide. The application is free and is integrated with the map on your phone, which means even if you do not have a preplanned itinerary prior to going out, you can find nearby stores once you reach your destination using this application.
Follow the below instructions to get your BlackBerry™ device set up with the Vidafine Guide application.
Step 1 – Downloading the Legend Viewer Mobile Application
	The application used is known as Dynamic Legend (Click here to read more about the application). The creator has kindly created a customized Vidafine Edition for the Vidafine Store Guides. The link to download the application on your BlackBerry™ is as follows: http://www.vidafine.com/to After downloading, the application should install automatically.
Step 2 – Opening the Mobile Application
	After installation, you should be able to find the Legend Viewer (Vidafine Edition) in the Downloads folder of your BlackBerry™ device. Click on the icon to open the application.
Step 3 – Browsing the Vidafine Guides
	The ‘V’ icon should be selected by default when the application is loaded. To browse the Vidafine Guide, you must ensure that the ‘V’ icon is highlighted and selected. After it is selected, the icon will be highlighted in grey.
	Press the BlackBerry™ Menu Button for the menu to pop up. Click and choose View Selected Legend to browse all the stores listed in the Vidafine Guides. You can scroll up and down to view all the stores.
Step 4 – Viewing the Individual Stores’ Details
	To view each individual store, highlight them and click once. A small menu will pop up. Choose and click ‘View Details’.
	A new page should open up showing the photos and the information of the stores. Here, you will find photos and information on the particular store.
Step 5 – Mapping the Stores
	Click for a small menu to pop up. From the small menu, you should see a ‘Map This’ function. Select and click on it to view the chosen store on the map.
	To return to the store details at any time, press the BlackBerry™ Menu Button for the menu to pop up and select ‘View Details’.
Step 6 – Showing Nearby Stores
	You can view all the other stores near the selected store from the Vidafine Guides. From the map, press the BlackBerry™ Menu Button to access the small menu and select ‘Apply Context’. The application will then condense the list to outline all the nearby stores, allowing for easier browsing.
	To go back and browse all the stores in the Vidafine Guides, press the BlackBerry™ Menu Button to access the small menu and select ‘Remove All Contexts’.
