Specializing in custom-made modern furniture, STYLEGARAGE was opened by designer and co-owner David Podsiadlo in 2000. They offer an assortment of in-house designed pieces as well as custom work and finishings. In addition, STYLEGARAGE carries the Gus Modern collection, which is essentially a wholesale line started by David as well. Gus*Studio (which is literally right next door) is the official showroom for the ready made pieces from this line. While most of the pieces have an undeniable clean sophisticated look associated with it, they also feature subtle elements which perk up its surroundings.
STYLEGARAGE and the adjacent Gus*Studio can be found at the corner of Queen Street West and Shaw Street in Toronto’s art+design district.
